Description
Our beer is produced in Cask, Keg & Can and sold throughout the UK. Our brewery is located within York’s historic city walls, a 15 minute walk from the station. A very unique Taproom with riverside beer garden has been constructed right alongside the Brewhouse to showcase our beers at their freshest.

Tap at craft beer junction. A very pale gold coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is dry grains, grass, flint, cut grass. Light vegetable. Flavour is composed grassy hop, sileage, wet grass, mineral, grass, mineral palate is thin, grains, highish carbonation. Meh. Middling affair.

Draft at CBJ. Lightest gold. Thin white head. Aroma has malts and light citrus and a metallic edge. Flavourwise has vaguest citrus, a metallic saline element and malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation.

Label with "Guava and mango tropical fruit explosion". Hazy orange colour, small white head. Mango with hints of guava in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Dry front, then mango, passion fruit and guava. Pale malts and (added) fruits. Not so sweet.
