Brewery draught, 12/21/22. Heavily hazy, orange juice. White head to ring. Spicy, juicy, dank nose. Lovely. Some cracker and honey for easy balance. White wine and dank spice. Soft with heavy melon and sweet mango. Spice and melon balance white bread-like malt. Punchy tropical fruits. Syrupy texture. Weird stuff.

Brewery draught, 12/21/22. Very dark amber, more cerno Pivo than polotmavy, but whatever. Clear with a beige head that recedes quickly to ring. Strong roast/toast, a bit worrisome about the tannin. Smells extremely roasty, moreso than even a black lager should. And indeed it's super roasty. Good base malt but it clashes with the heavy dark, toasted malt. Tannic and highly acidic.

Brewery draught, 12/21/22. Raspberry-maroon, heavily cloudy, pinkish head to ring. Yes that's the mallow-like sugar with good berry and juice behind it. Acidity seems pretty high from the nose. But there's lots of lactose here, too. Sweet, sugary, lactose-forward but with good acidity. Phew this is sweet. I appreciate the attempt at balance but it's never enough with these sugar/fruit bombs. Lactose gross as always.

Brewery draught, 12/21/22. Heavily hazy, drab-brass-bronze. Off-white head is small, recedes slowly to cover. Some spicy mosaic vegetal character in the nose with deeper pine and moderate to light citrus juice. Very crackery and dry, no alcohol or resin. Dry as F in flavor with heavy, heavy cracker, some dry hop chalk/pith and a solid texture with light wine, grape and citrus. Heavy earth and mineral.

Pours dark murky berry into a tulip. Pink head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet marshmallow and tart berry aromas. Thick with tart berry aromas. Tart with strawberry, blueberry and blackberry upfront turning to vanilla and biscuit in the lasting cobbler finish.

Brewery draught, 12/1/22. Lightly hazy, ruddy orange canteloupe. Off white head to ring. Juicy citrus and tart cranberry. Not too much lactic acid. Good maltiness adding honey-caramel. Soft, tart, juicy, acidic but balanced with not too much fruit acid and no twangy acidity.
