Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is crisp with light grains, juicy and pissy citrus, mosaic, low metalic. Flavour is composed of crisp and light grains, lemon, brett, pineapple, tart peach, metalic. Palate is crisp, moderate carboantion, mellow.
10/2018, huge nose of raisins and caramel, dry front, tons of tannic notes, but also sweet caramel/fig notes. Confusing 11%, constantly changing, sweet and wet one second, dry and crisp another. Spicy but not? Warming up = tons of cinnamon, mellowed, nice
Meaty centennial hop wild citrus thing. Like pineapple steak wild ale, so delish.

Reminds me of prairie bomb but chocolate milk. So much chocolate milk. Nesquik but with vanilla and a mild spicy back. Love this. Cinnamon somewhere on the nose. Maybe I should have had lunch first, cause it's almost gone and it's
nearly 13%. Smooth #ddp
