500mL bottle, pours black with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of bourbon barrels, with light vanilla and a hint of cocoa. Flavour is compex as hell, with heaps of complex bourbon barrels, with a hint of vanilla and cocoa. Complex, with a deep bourbony depth. Wonderful.

Medium brown. Just a few bubbles in the head. This has a lot of brown sugar, touch of date, maybe a bit of vanilla sugar. Not the most sugars and body, even thought the flavours are pretty nice. I definitely would like more sugars, but it is pretty nice.

500 mL bottle, courtesy of Joet. Thanks! A cloudy golden yellow pour. No head. Very wine like aroma. Some spice too. Flavor is white grape, wine constant, some brett like character, a bit dry, and nicely tart. Nice amount of flavor going on. Refreshing wine type sour. Very nicely done, though I really gotta get my hands on the Pinot Noir version.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A mahognay brown / black coloured pour with a halo of light tan head. Aroma is nice soft roast, vanilla, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of brown sugars, rounded, soft roast, cinamon. Palate is sweet sugary, slightly thin, frothy carbonation. Nice.

Dull tan, no head; does not look great. Brett, touch peachy, decent. Refreshing with good flavour complexity. Barrels. I assume some of that fruitiness is from the wine, but can't be certain of that. Quality brett brew.

On tap at Growler Guys, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wood upfront, with gentle acidity, red wine barrels, and some wild yeast. Flavour brings out the funky wild yeast critters, with biscuity notes, and red wine tannins. I like the expression of wild yeast here, accentuated nicely by the red wine barrels. Excellent.

Bottle from Belmont station.Pours out a deep Amber Ruby colored beer with the soft skin of beige head. Aroma is pit fruit , yeast. Taste follows with more of the pit fruit, sweet Belgian candy sugar, yeasty ,rich. One of the better American dubbles I've had.

Beaverfest Day 2. Keg. Clear pinky peach beer, residual white head. Light dry palate, minerally crisp. Tart generic fruits, light acetic vibe. Light crisp dry finish. Not too bad but could not drink a loads of this.
