Keg at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Black with a well presented tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocoalte, mellow roast malts, charr, spice, toffee crisp. Taste comprises coffee grinds, dark chocolate, spice, charr, roasted bite, brown sugar, mellow bourbon rip. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid impy.

Pour is a nearly clear golden with a large white head. Aroma is more typical o-fest with some toasted bread. Flavor is again a toasted bread malt which has a dry finish. Nothing out of the ordinary here and nothing above par. Decent at best but not great.

Can taken away from the Bedford Beer Festival 2018. Light gold, almost clear with a bit of white head as a film. Melon aroma with a bit of soft citrus and some banana wafer. Bittersweet taste, nicely balanced with more bitterness in the finish. Medium to heavy carbonation. I had this just after the Expatriate IPA and it's very similar, a bit more muted on the nose but the taste is more balanced.

Can taken away from the 2018 Bedford Beer Festival. Creamy light gold, a bit hazy with a bit of loose white head. Massive aroma with loads of grapefruit, melon and papaya, with a note of lemon cream. Bitter taste chock full of hops with unrelenting intensity. The finish leaves the back of the throat coated with hop oils. Medium body, heavy carbonated. A bit too intense on the bitterness but you can't fault its tenacity.
