On tap at their Rino tap room. Clear, pale iced tea, lace-y pour. Citrus & lavender mix over a generically sweet apple base. Sweet & acidic apple cider with a floral, slightly honeyed lavender. Slightly astringent but mild overall. Thin & weak. Maybe okay.

On tap at Stem Rino. Mostly clear, pale, fizzy. Pineapple, sulfites, grassy, cinnamon spice mix nose. Hot garbage ferment, pineapple & dessert apple, slight tartness. Forgettable.

Unretired. On tap at Stem Rino. Clear, glossy, pale gold, light lace. Oaky, buttery bourbon, mellow apple acid nose. Taste is sharp & medicinal, barely diluted, green pepper, black pepper, warming bourbon. All about the bourbon, plus half twang of watery dessert apples. Iffy.

On tap at Stem Rino. Clear, pale gold, somewhat inviting. Winey, white grape nose, sour pineapple slightly sulfite-y. Acidic, middling tart, sharp apples with a fruity peel astringency, slight chem. Okay.
