Short pour @Explorium downtown. 2022 silver according to their printout. Black with brown accents. Big whiskey nose. Cola & veg. Salty, burnt maple, lingering char, very bitter veg, super intense in a bad way. Just too much.

5oz pour @Explorium downtown. Last call like 40 minutes before they close, wtf? Brown with ruby highlights. Floral Brett & zingy cherry nose. Half sour, middling cherry, bittersweet, sort of dry, lingering, faint brett. Complex enough, just not great. Sort of my overall impression of this brewery.

On tap @Explorium downtown. SHared with my wife, who wasn't really feeling it. Tulip. Mostly clear, copper-colored pour. Malty, acidic, faint Mott's, minerally nose. Taste is bittersweet, leaning sweet. More like a blonde ale mixed with shelf apple juice. Only slightly tart. Faintest earthy bitterness, residual yeast, beer body, very frothy. Kinda whatever. Props for trying.

On tap @Explorium downtown. 5oz pour. Frothy, clear, pale gold. Non-descript, slight acid, yeasty nose. Tart, acidic forward, lime more so than kiwi. Itchy, cereal malt. Just okay. Boring.

On tap @Explorium downtown with the wife's friends. 5oz pour. Black on brown, very frothy. Maple & tea nose. Sweet. Sugary, maple sweet, burnt sugar flavor & texture. Faint smoke. Incredibly heavy, sloppy & too sweet, but so what. Delicious.

Tap at Explorium Third Ward. I guess I see Phantasm powder or whatever it is as wholly undesirable in any beer, so that forced tone isn't a bonus. Would have probably been really nice without it, the motueka comes through well. Takes it in a bold direction, but too artificial with the phantasm.

Tap at Explorium Third Ward. More wine tone than cherry, but an overall pretty enjoyable sour, just not on the same level as a true Belgian example. The wine notes are just too present.

Tap at Drunk Uncle. Now this is Dunkelweiss. Overboard chocolate banana. ABV really isn't an issue, still sweet and thin. Not really nailing it in any way, but drinkable.

Pint can from Wagner Market, 11/30/22. Murky orange, thin off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, lemon. Taste is dank, pepper, pineapple, mango. Juicy, low bitterness. Decent.
