Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a light orangey color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention. Aroma of citrus hops is well balance with some caramel malt. Taste is a mix between some medium citrusy hops with some semi-sweet caramel malt. A bigger hops presence would have been more enjoyable IMHO and body was a bit too watery for my own taste. Still very good effort nonetheless.

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a deep amber reddish color ale with a medium dirty white head with good retention. Aromas of citrus hops are well balance with nutty malt. Taste is refreshing with sweet nutty malt with a nice bitter finish. Body is above average and I appreciated the low filtering. Probably one of the best amber beers I’ve had (not a style that is usually know to produce real gem though).

Bottle courtesy of Piscator34: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a medium foamy dark head with average retention. Aroma of roasted coffee is dominating with some noticeable roasted malt. Taste is also dominated by the coffee flavour and quite enjoyable even though I’m probably not the most avid fan of coffee stout. Body is a bit light for the style and carbonation is about right. Great coffee stout and IMHO would have been better if some chocolate malt had been added.

Golden orange ale with a thin white head. Light orange malt with fresh herbal hops, malt out of mash tun, fresh and pleasant. In mouth, a crisp malt with british hops. Medium bodied, well balanced. Thanks to Piscator32! Enjoyed with the Mtl Crew Sept. 9, 2006.

Deep dark brown stout with a thin moka head. Black cold coffee in aroma, a bit sweet, with notes of sulfur, a bit strange. In mouth, a rather thin stout, like burned coffee left too long. Not bad but again, not what I expected. Merci Kris.

Lightly hazed reddish copper ale with a thin off white head. Dark honey and clovers in aroma, interesting hopping. In mouth, a sweet caramel in beginnign, biscuitty, followed by a rather hopping, floral, but not quite to expectation. More like a pale ale. Thanks Kris for this new MB beer.
