Description

Thank you for sharing RB Crew! Sampled 330 ml. bottle @ GBF 2017. Golden, creamy white. Nose is rubbish, sugar bubble-gum wheat, some spoiled white bread. Taste is sugar, spoiled rubbish wheat, bubble-gum, sweet white sugar, no hop. Body is bad wheat. Nope, not fun.

Clear orange beer, cream off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, yeast, spicy, coriander, bit fruity, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, bit sourish, fruity, banana, funky touch, little bitter. Aftertaste: little bitter, sour apples, grains.

Milky pale blond colour. Nice wheaty beer with a citrusy hop edge. Certainly not sweet for a Witbier.

Bottle [thanks to my colleague Kees] @ home. Opaque misty pale yellow color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is typically witbier with some coriander, or at least herbal / spicy. Taste wheat, herbs or spices again, sweetish lightly, coriander, slightly citrussy. Average to decent body, average carbonation. Can’t say I get any of the hop that’s supposedly in there, but it also doesn’t have any flaws, so certainly a decent Witbier.
