For the better part of a decade we have been dreaming and doing. North Hero Hops & Agriculture is coming into its 11th season while our brewery, Kraemer & Kin is moving into it’s 4th year in 2023. It's been a wild and hard hustling few years. A few broad strokes of our trajectory; we launched in 2020 out of Levi & Christie’s 20x30 garage. The garage was a small but quite the kickass little brewery nuculator space. In early 2022 we dismantled our little garage brewery engine and moved the whole operation further north to the basement of the Alburg Golf Links clubhouse. Additionally, we took over clubhouse operations and morphed the space into our taproom/brewhouse/restaurant, exciting stuff! In the expansion of our operations to the Alburg Golf Links we have gained a stunning public space that overlooks a western facing bay on Lake Champlain bay. Its the kind of view that encourages you to relax and stay awhile.

Can (5/28/26) from Beverage Warehouse, Winooski. Lightly hazy, dark iced-tea brown, tons of sparkle, ample head with excellent retention, copious soapy lacing. Aroma is strong blondie with lesser sweet green apple. Taste is sweet blondie along with later Munich/Vienna malt. Smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp, lightly bitter finish. Not the strongest golden stout aroma and flavor. The former is co-opted by the green apple and the latter by generic malts. A style I typically enjoy quite a bit so this was disappointing for me.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow color with a sly golden/bronze hue to it and a quickly dieing head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: floral, fresh/sweet, lilly/rose-ish, subtle traces of apple cider vinegar and earthy toned character
Flavor: meshes into a lightly tart with some sweet toned floral quality; finishes florally sweet with a wee bit of apple cider vinegar
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; slight smoothness; good carb level
Overall: works as a flavored sour ale I would be willing in partaking in again preferably in the Summer.

Canned 473ml. -from the brewery taproom/shop. Darker amber coloured, medium sized beige head, caramel and light toffee in the nose. Biscuity, caramel, light toffee, mild orange and piney notes in the finish. Not bad at all.

Canned 473ml. -from the brewery shop. Blackish coloured, medium sized beige head, pleasant roasty nose. Roasted malt, milk chocolate, light coffee, caramel and mild lactose with mild roasty finish. Smooth and tasty.

Appearance: ruddy golden orange color with a sly transparency about it and a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to barely leave lace
Aroma: sweet to spicy peppery tones with a clean biscuity/bready malty base
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas initially but seems to lead into a more spicy content as it warms; finishes also a bit spicy
Texture: medium bodied; between being sessionable and being a sipper as the spicy heat seems to want to be slightly abrasive to the tongue; good carb level
Overall: I dig this for the most part as it kinda reminds me of liquified pepper bread.
