Can for Pursuit of Hoppyness, Glasgow. It pours clear pale straw yellow with a dissipating white head. The aroma is quite savoury, herbal, nutty, tangy, zingy, gooseberry, lemon, grape must, cereal and nougat. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, muted acidity, lemony, slightly herbal, damp grass, straw, white grape skin, gooseberry, white wine mellow notes of vanilla and nougat and biscotti with a smooth finale. Light body and fine carbonation. Woodruff isa really interesting addition, and I. My opinion, works.

Cam from pursuit of Hoppyness, Glasgow. It pours clear pale straw yellow with a fizzy white head. The aroma is fragrant, herbal, savoury bay, zingy, tangy, soda water with lemon, brie, straw and hay. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, some minerality, straw, hay, lemon - lime, fragrant, herbal, white wine spritz, savoury and salted cracker with a short, dry finish. Light body and moderate, spritzy carbonation. The bay adds an interesting element, but don't think this is he beat iteration.

Can at Pursuit of Hoppyness, Glasgow. It pours ever so slightly hazy golden - blonde with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, zippy, tangy, lemon - lime, sherbet, orchard fruits, funk, grape must, dried lemon and sourdough. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, zippy, zingy, grape must, gooseberry, sourdough bread, lemon - lime, barnyard funk, earthy, toasty grains and white wine with a zingy finale. Light to average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Commands attention. Bright and zingy. Very sessionable.
