Tap at Projekt. Pale clear golden body, greenish, didn't note a head. Lovely fruity aroma. Pungent fruity, distinctly floral aroma, bit citric, some apple meat. Lean, dry taste, bit of apple, bit citric, tart, bit soapy, fermentation traces, minerally. Good body, but not thrilling taste-wise

Tap at Projekt. Pale, bit roséish reddish body,. Not much head. Fresh, pungent combo of tart apples and haskap, red wine-like. Smooth sweetish,.sourish, leeeean taste, subdued apples, well showcased haskap, tartness in the aftertaste. Fine!

On tap at :PROJEKT, Ljubljana, shared with Marko. Clear reddish pink, small off-white head. Aroma is red fruit, berries, grapes, vinous. Soft ripe apple underneath. Some candy. Light body, refreshing, rustic apple skins and red fruit skins, soft vinous tartness. Dry finish. Good balance overall.

Bottle at De Prael Den Haag. Crystal clear light golden. Crisp sweet green apple, kiwi, vanilla, gooseberries. Medium sweet, light sour. Medium bodied, light dry. Not bad at all, but also not very exciting. A fruity medium sweet and crisp cider.

Tap, Sir William's Pub. Clear golden, thin white head. Smelly apple nose. A bit sour start, a bit tarter in the finish, slight citric presence. Light body and fresh. Ok.
