Clear light golden with a foamy head. Grain, pretzels, lemon, slightly metallic. Mild dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty bittersweet finish. A very solid, good Helles.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierhandwerk', best before September 2024. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy, a little fruity-floral aroma of grains, some lemon peel and a touch of fresh grass. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy and moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, lemon peel and some fresh grass, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Nice Pils, well-brewed.

Tap at Lange Nacht der Brauereien. Opaque golden greyish. Elderflower, sour. Taste is alrightish, but could be either more Elderflower or more hefeweizen. Its undicided, and so am I about this.

Tap at LNDB. Cloudy golden, lightly unstable head. Nice citrus and perfumed grape fruit nose. Medium light dry body, white grape juice, flowers, citrus. Dry fruity yeast finish.

0.5L bottle pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light citrus spice some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice crisp hops some spice and a nice bread kick.
