On tap at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has light vanillin, toasted malt, and a hint of earthy cocoa. Flavour is somewhat muted, with dry cocoa, earthy notes, and toasted malt. Reasonable aromatic, less convinced by the flavour. It’s alright.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some dankness, hopburn, and plenty of chalk. Flavour is full of hopburn, tons of chalk, not really any pleasant hop expression. Very poor.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Green session), pours black with a small tan head. Aroma definitely brings out the pandan, with some dark sugars, and a touch of barrel. Flavour has tons of dark sugars, lots of pandan fruit, and some soft bourbon. Really nice incorporation of the pandan. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Blue session), pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma has plenty of port barrels, dry caramel, and oak. Flavour is very intense, with intense port barrels, oak, and gentle sugars. Very spirit-forward, which doesn’t work for me ATM.

On tap at MBCC 2025, green session. Pours black with a beige head. Chocolate, vanilla, cream on the nose. Flavour has chocolate, light cinnamon, creamy, bourbon barrel finish. Nice.
