Tap at Hawidere. Hazy golden body, bit dull, thick ivory head. Lemony, tropical, lightly dank aroma. Smooth taste, ending in a rough bitter herbal finish. Very herbal tea-like in a way, no promised fruitiness in the taste. Maybe a less than ideal batch.

From tap @ Hawidere Bier Burger Bar @ Drang nach Wien. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, citrus, bready. Taste is medium malty base, bready, citrus, nice balanced long lasting bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Tap during BBT Wiena trip. Malty and light hoppy aroma and taste, light citrus fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, malty and light hoppy bitter finish. Ok.

Es ist ein wirklich gelungenes Sauerbier, das sich besonders zu heißen Außentemperaturen trinken lässt, da es extrem erfrischend ist. Es hat einen sauren Kren, um den allerlei fruchtige Aromen nach Apfel, Birne, Rhabarber und Zitrone gesponnen sind. Mir hat es recht gut gefallen.

Pours fairly clear golden colour, topped with a frothy white head, large and pretty lasting. Mild bready aroma with gentle hoppy fruitiness - sweet apples and peaches. Moderate bitterness, some fruity presence in the taste as well. Lasting aftertaste. Lighter body, just slightly stale. A lovely IPL.

0,33l from bottle at Hawidere. black color, small coffee colored head. smells spices, earthy, grassy, peppery, hints of some berry notes. decent smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of spices, earthy, berry notes, light grapes, bit peppery. finishes dry and lightly roasty bitter with notes of berry notes, grapes and earthy notes. pretty decent, not totally my thing but also not totally convincing 6, 4, 7, 3, 14
