Can. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small and very short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, a tad thin, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Cooling pine. Light savoury skunk brings a little accompanying bitterness. Nectaron stone fruits are loud and clear on the back end if slightly unfamiliar when not sitting on a big pillowy creamy sweet malt base. Light finish delivers a little tangy stone fruits. Refreshingly unsweet.

Can at home. Yellowish color, huge foamy white head that lasts for a long time. Aroma is hmm well, less good than I hoped. A bit yeasty with dry grass and lemon peel. Flavor is malts, very citrusy, lemon peel again, orange peel tart-bitterness. Hmm okay. Not my idea of a west coast IPA at all but it's drinkable as a hoppy pale ale.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts provide a modest but an adequate sweetness. Nelson Bliss. Third time of trying if my dodgy old memory serves. Consistent. Has the Gooseberry tangy tartness into light bright winey grape. Touch of rounded citrus underneath. Light crisp semi dry finish. This seems to be a good way of getting the these aspects from Nelson. From classic Nelson, still missing the resinous white port vibe but, it's great to have Nelson, so far, consistently punchy in this form.

Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. A light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. An eclectic hop array. Floral white winey grape. Modest stone fruits. Bit of soapy element here and, it rather stunts this brew. Crisp finish. File under 'nearly'.
