Description
Sparkle is a new craft brewery located in Quiberon. It's a hybrid space where we brew our own beer while also operating as a bar and restaurant. Brewed just a few meters from the counter, the beers are served directly on tap at the bar. It's the freshest you'll ever get!

Can. Color: Hazy golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Hoppy, fruity melon, some tropical fruit. Taste: Hoppy with a firm malty base. Fruity melon, hints of tropical fruit, some green hop, spicy hints. Medium body, average carbonation. Over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Ok.

Can. Color: Hazy golden, very large white head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus fruit and tropical fruit. Taste: Hoppy, citrus fruit, some tropical fruit, kiwi, melon and hints of grape. Subtle grassy notes. Medium body, just above average carbonation. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness. Ok.

440ml can. Murky, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, dense, creamy, very slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Juicy, citrusy fruity, slightly tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, quince, melon, some pear, a touch of gooseberry, a mango base layer, weed overtones. Taste is slightly bitter, juicy, tropical and citrusy fruity, slightly dank, resinous hoppy, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, notes of lemon, quince, mango, a touch of weed.
Creamy, almost mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, creamy carbonation.
Intense, harmonious, balanced, homogeneous, very smooth and creamy - excellent!

Tropical fruity and citrusy fruity, minimally resinous, hoppy aroma, oaty and wheaty malty background, notes of lemon, limoncello, unripe yellow stone fruit, some quince, mango, a touch of lime, hemp. Taste is mildly bitter, citrusy fruity and slightly resinous, hoppy, oaty and wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, notes of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes, some yellow stone fruit, a touch of hemp, mild tartness.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well balanced, homogeneous, highly drinkable - great!

440ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Relatively cautious, (citrusy) fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, quince, yellow stone fruit, a touch of lemongrass, whiffs of lime, lime peel, oaty and wheaty malty background, minimally waxy, zesty overtones. Taste is slightly bitter, (citrusy) fruity hoppy, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis with very low residual sweetness, notes of lemon, lemon peel, limoncello, a touch of quince, lemongrass, lime, unripe peach, mild zesty bitterness, a citric, tart-ish touch throughout.
Minimally creamy and oily, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry and even minimally astringent palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very refreshing, seemingly light, highly drinkable, well adjusted bitter- and tartness - pretty good.

New 🇫🇷 brewery ✅ crushed gooseberry and tender sweet white grape, straw, grass and pine, dusting of hop spice, semi sweet malty support, light bitter edged hoppy finish. Good first impression.

Draught @ Sparkle brewpub Quiberon. Pours a hazed rosy orange, thin white head. First impression is actually of guava rather than carrot.. slick mouth feel, drying close, not sour or crisp but nice clarity.. strange one, not as expected but not unlikeable 🥕🥕🥕
