Description
We opened the doors of our first location in West Kingston, RI in February of 2013. Three and a half years later we took the 20 minute trek north to Warwick, RI. Our new brewery is a 15,000 square foot beast with over 5x our West Kingston production capacity. This new facility features a 2,000 square foot barrel aging and wood cellar for sour and wild ales, as well as a 3,000 square foot tasting room and retail area complete with custom art installations, bar, furniture, and a small retro video arcade. In the spring, we plan on adding an outdoor patio to the lineup. Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!

Notes from 6/16/19 Five dollar can from Covenhoven. Apparently this is the shit I am told. Can stamped: Chris is old 5/17/2019. Pint glass. Hazy pineapple juice sort of color. Thin eggshell lace. Smells of sour fruit, pith & wood chips. One big gulp results in a pithy, green fruit flavor. Mellow but lingering rind bitterness. Not too much going on. Leaves sort of a pesticide-y numbness in your mouth like if you've eaten too many cherries. Frothy, okay carbonation. ABV could be lower. Difficult to do more then one of these.

Notes from 6/23/19 Can from Covenhoven. DFH pint glass. Lathery head. Hazy pineapple body. Smells of soap, fruit rind & general freshness. Juicy fruit, mellow hops, sudsy, light to moderate pithy white grapefruit lingering bitterness. Extra yeasty feel. ABV perceived to be lower then the 8.5% on the label. This is fine. Might even have two. Still don't get the hype though.

Pours hazy pear into a willi. Bright white soapy head with medium retention recedes to bubble surface. Hot weed, citrus and pineapple aromas. Soft with sweet golden syrup, melon and lychee front to back. Lasting earthy pine and pith finish.
