Canned 3/5/24, drunk 4/7/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-amber. Medium-sized, white head. Wood, sweat, yellow fruit, cracker, heavy yeast and some classic crystal-ike malt. Citrus, pith, chalk... Malty, toasty, soft and fruity. Quite bitter but with lots of yeast and chalk. Definitely malty, dry and flavorful for its size. It's like a classic APA rebranded with a softer malt and juicier hop.

Canned 12/1/23, drunk 2/27/24. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, bright pineapple-golden-maize. Large, off-white head, strong retention. Big burst of spicy pineapple and juicy grapefruit as soon as its poured. Absolutely charming, bright and lovely. This is one of the better expressions of Strata I've had recently. Honey, biscuit, cracker from the malt gently supports. Clean, no booze or resin. Juicy, bright, spicy, malty, great attenuation. Pineapple and intense tropical fruit spice. Excellent balance of bitterness, malt and with a soft, malty texture and tight carbonation. Clean and juicy, bright and snappy. Wow! Hard to find too much flaw here and all this at just 6% abv. Glad to see this series is still going strong.

Canned 10/24/23, drunk 12/31/23. Clear garnet. Lacey beige head. Light mineral, light chocolate. Some powdered sugar and can't find any smoke. Bit of toast but I want more base malt character. Too much cola and toast. Little/no smoke in the flavor, with toasted malt, odd fruitiness and a highly expansive carbonation. Lightly to moderately malty. A lot of chocolate character. No smoke.
