Draught @ Ølforeningen Vestre Skole anno 1989. 2025 jubilæum. Pours amber brown with a small head. Nutty caramel and granit malts. Sweet. Okay tasty and most importantly clean. No diacetyl. 3.4 . Decent.

clear golden, white head. looks good
aroma is fairly clean, neutral to slightly sweet malts and european style bitter hops.almost bordering metallic hops, but not there, so comes off as nicely and quite strongly bitter.
flavor is dry malty , full bodied bordering buttery feel to the texture, sweet malts bordering caramel, but stays in the sweet malty category, bitter hoppy balance throughout, but a gentle bitterness even though it is flavorful. faint salty note. pretty good beer, tastes like quality also very well balanced. i like it a lot and it fits the påskebryg tradition well.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with an off-white head. Dusty malt aroma with quite some sulphur. Medium body with a surprising sweetness and even more surprisingly hardly any bitterness in spite of what the label promises. I bet this was thought out and created at Vestfyen and has never seen Indslev Bryggeri. 010425

Flaske fra Best of Beers. Rav farvet med et hvidt skum. Den dufter af karamel. Den er lidt sød og har en bitter finnish.

Bottle picked up at Rema 1000 and drunk at home (09/11/2023) - Toasted and sweet malty and fruity, caramel and toffee, some grassy resinous hops, medium body, bittersweet finish and overall so so apart from an unfortunate detracting metallic edge throughout.
