1/8/2018. Can from Tegut, Frankfurt. Pours dark amber to brown with an average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma of sweet apples, artificially sweet cheap cola, caramel and a hint of citrus. Medium plus sweetness, minimal bitterness, sour edge. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation.

1/8/2018. Can from Tegut, Frankfurt. Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of sour apples and dust. Minimal sweetness, sharp and rather unpleasant bitterness. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Sour finish a little salty too. Quite nasty tbh.

Bottle, courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Aroma is green apples and peel, rather low though. Body is weirdly fruity, yet not particularly apple-y. Palate is dry and watery. Extra mild in the sense of no good flavours? Oh well.

500 ml can bought at Frankfurt main station. Pours clear pale golden, no head. Apple core, apple peel, white wine, apple vinegar, lemon. Quite sour. Watery texture, flat carbonated, medium bodied, sour acidic finish. Not good, too sour. Drinkable though when mixed with sparkling water.

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of mild sweet apples, dry apples, grapes. Taste of dry sweet apples, sulfit, medium carbonation.

Alkoholischer Geruch von weißem Rum. Im Antrunk apfelig-wässrig, Ähnlichkeiten zu Caipirinha sind nicht von der Hand zu weisen. Geringe Süße, wenig karbonisiert. 3/6/9/6/6/6

Vintage bottle from New Beer Distributors. I think this is 3yrs old, possibly. Ommegang anniversary glass. Champagne bubbles. Incredibly clarity. Rich golden, vibrant body. Smell is incredibly minerally, filled with macerated apple skins & a strong perceived salinity. It also comes off stronger then the 8% on the label. Taste is semi-sweet browned apples, turning towards bitter greens, drying out along it's length. Intense like chewing on a thick, staining apple peel. Tons of sulfites & the abv feeling higher then it reads are the only thing keeping me from drowning in it. Not sure if it's the aging, but this stuff is delicious.

23-11-17 // bottle thanks to Koelschtrinker. Very pale clear golden. Small bubbles. Mild apples in the nose. Taste very light. Mild sweet sourness.
