Recht süßer Antrunk von Apfel und Johannisbeere. Harmonisch, schade dass der Apfelwein so wenig zur Geltung kommt. Süffig, zum Ende zu süß. 7/7/7/7/5/7

06-01-17 // from a Bembel at Frau Rauscher in Frankfurt. Quite clear for a "naturtrübes". No head. Light sour sweet apples in nose and taste. Tart. Fresh. A bit watery mouthfeel. Quite good.

1l bottle from frankfurt central station. pours a slightly hazy pale golden with no head. aroma of champagne, dust, not much apples. flavour of white wine, wood, medicine. i’m not very good at rating ciders, they all taste quite similar to me. this one is at least different, not very appley, rather winy (thanks to speierling/sorbus? how much of it does it contain, really? the bottle gives no answer).

0.33l bottle from frankfurt central station. pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. aroma of apples, slight sulphuric notes. flavour of sour apples, rubber. very dry indeed.

Dry and sourish beginning. Fruity, watery, sourish. The sourness gets higher in the end, hints of sulfur with sour apples on an easy to drink body. Simple but nice.

Trockener apfeliger Beginn, wässrig, dezente Säure. Dabei steigert sich die Säure noch leicht ohne dass der Rest mitzieht, spritzig, monoton.Uninteressant. 6/8/7/6/8/6

Süßer Geruch, der an aufgelöste Brausetablette erinnert. Wenig Apfel, künstlich süß, Orange. Leicht wässrig im Mittelteil, zum Ende insgesamt sehr schwach. Muss nicht. 6/5/6/5/9/5

[9/23/16] Bottle sample at hotel room tasting in Woerden. Thanks everyone for sharing! Golden. Aroma of apples and lots of winter spices. Sweet flavor with apples, caramel, spices.

Bottle, danke Roman & Stefan. Ruddy brown colour, leaves a film on the glas. Somewhat oxidized sherrylike, apple, cinnamon, clove. Medium light body. Lebkuchen applebrandy aftertaste.
