1L bottle sample @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Léger doré, claire, pas de col. Arôme est assez plaisant avec une impression de pomme verte mais au nez festif d’épices, et sucre résiduel, le tout finemetn fermenté avec cette approche Gluhweine. Palais garde une petite douceur qui augure presque un cidre glacé. Pomme douce avec une fine touche acerbe mais offrant pas mal de sucre résiduel.

Thank you SinH4. 1000 ml. bottle sampled @ Borefts 2016. Day 2. Clear amber dark golden, little white head. Smells like Apfelstrudel, cinnamon & very sweet apple. Taste is sweet candy apple, Apfelstrudel, huge cinnamon, pleasant, basic apple, low carbonation. I like sweet apples, cinnamon & Apfelstrudel. Very simple & basic tasting but enjoyable for sure.

van tap @Borefts 2016, fles van BE RB tafel. bleek iets wazig caramel met lichte kraag. aroma van appels en kaneel, ’t lijkt zo wel een appeltaart. Smaken zijn redelijk zoet, appeltaart, kaneel en appels, glad, medium body, glad, aardig

24/IX/16 - 1L bottle @ Borefts Bier Festival - BB: n/a (2016-1145) Thanks to SinH4 for sharing the bottle!

Clear orange cider, practically no head. Aroma: very sweet, lots of sweet apple juice, bit caramelised, spicy touch. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet start, lots of apple juice, sugary, slightly oxidized, bit sourish. Aftertaste: spicy touch, lots of sweet and sugary apple juice, not much else.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with a hint of a head. Aroma is cinnamon, apple pie. Taste is apple pie, cinnamon. No carbonation. Quite nice.

Sampled from 1 l bottle at Best Western Woerden. Clear, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, spicy aroma of cinnamon, apples and some honey. Sweetish, quite spicy taste of apples, cinnamon and some honey, followed by a short, slightly tart, quite spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle shared at hotelroom tasting after Borefts Beer Festival Day 1. Clear yellow golden color, virtually no head. Aroma is apple and cinnamon. Tastes about the same: apple, cinnamon, apple pie. Low body and low carbonation. Not that bad though. I’m actually surprised I’m saying this...

Süßer Cola Geruch. Im Antrunk immerhin minimal säuerlich, primär aber süß nach Cola. Für mich passen die verschiedenen Aromen nicht gut zusammen. Kindergetränk. 6/7/7/6/7/6

Bottle from Rewe in Butzbach. Smooth dry nose. The cider starts dry and fruity. Very dry, highly drinkable. The body has nice tannins with a dry but fruity apply depth. Light in body, solid with a nice sour dry fruity aftertaste. Nice one!
