Can. Calf leather with a cm of white head. 3- Aroma of grapefruit and peach that's somehow sharp and vague at the same time. Hints of feral herbs. Very sweet with icecream melt before dulled citrus and nagging bitterness. As I understand it, they are known for their hazy beers but I've liked all but those from them.

From a 440ml can on 21/10/2022. Pours a cloudy golden with a medium head. Has a sharp citrus and tropical nose. Tastes very citrussy and zesty - a nice sweetness up front but balances by a fairly firm, zesty and slightly herbal bitterness at the back. Has a silky mouthfeel with moderate to average carbonation. Really good.

Can. Only cloudy pale amber with a frothy white head. Very green herbal/ grass clipping aroma. But not much hop burn, it turns out. Chalky and a bit watery. Hints of tropical fruit, honeyed crackers. No particular bitterness. Seems unfinished.

Can. Very black with a cm + of brown head. Growling sweet mocha aroma with roast and toasted coconut. More creamy than oily. Roasted and bitter flavours are out front which assuages any worry I have about why the first stout I see from them has got stuff in it. Tames the sweetness a bit and lets the coconut sit above the chocolate. Tasty and tasteful.

From a 440ml can on 21/9/2022. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a biggish head. Has some mild citrus fruit notes on the nose. Tastes of orange, peach, apricot and a hint of coconut, finishing with a light bitterness. Pillowy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Very solid.

From a 440ml can on 20/9/2022. Pours a milky golden with masses of yeast floaties with a biggish head. Has a bright and sharp citrus fruit nose. Tastes of orange and peach, with a really firm pithy, citrus rind bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Bitter for an oat cream but really bold and interesting. Truly excellent.

Can. Deep gold with a white head. Quite malty aroma with toast and breadcrust; spices and grass. Pretty much how it tastes too - much more like a Czech lager than a Kiwi pils - no real fruit from the Nelson Sauvin, all spicy/ grassy punch. And it works fine. Sweetish with some richness but firmly bitter in the end. Good.

From a 440ml can on 1/9/2022. Pours a cloudy light golden with a bright white medium head. Has a lovely strong, pungent fruit nose. Tastes of orange, mandarin, apricot and passionfruit which is met by a really firm and totally satisfying bitterness, with the tiniest touch of burn that doesn't detract. The mouthfeel is pillowy and silky, the carbonation average. Wow, this is an amazing big hazy. Masses of character, superb balance and tasty af. Brilliant.

Can. Amber with a good inch of dense white head. Aroma of bread, toffee, tenor register citrus, weeds, pine. And so it tastes with plenty of kumquat, biscuit, some berries and building resinous bitterness. A bit of a throwback and could offer more for 7%, but fair enough.
