5oz Pour at The Brewhouse, San Juan Capistrano on 16th April 2026. Lovely mahogany brown, beige roof on top. This was my dessert beer and the last of my six pours. Semi sweet maltiness under a slight hop bitterness.

Can (2/23/26) from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Clear, bright golden yellow, nice sparkle, ample head with fair retention, no lacing. Aroma is strong lemon, orange, hint of dank pineapple. Taste is lemon, hints of late pineapple and grape, cracker. Smooth, frothy texture, lighter body, lively carbonation and bitter, cracker-y finish. Have to say, this isn't your father's West Coast IPA. That being said, seems like they're forcing hops that want to be hazy and juicy into a muted version to liven up a West Coast IPA. JMHO.
