Fusing their passion for beer with their love of the land and deep connection with the community that raised them.
Setting themselves up in the hinterland of Maleny, Brouhaha was birthed - a modest, no-fuss brewery where high quality craft beer met with fresh, local produce for patrons near and far.

It’s funny to me that Australia also has a brouhaha (there’s a different one in my hometown)
Brouhaha Strawberry Rhubarba Sour 4.2%
Salmon pinkish orange with off-white foam that leaves some lacing behind. It’s got a nice acidic tangy aroma while the medium bodied slick brew delivers rhubarb as well as subtle strawberry notes.
A winner.

Can. Cloudy pale amber. A white head never quite makes it. 3- Aroma of pear, ginger, sourdough crackers. Slippery, fizzy. Sweet and tart with lots of ginger. The pear gets a little lost. A little heat from the ginger at the end. Not bad.

Bottle from Connor kettle sour smells of yoghurt strawberry aroma. Better in mouth pretty tasty too much yoghurt for me though

(Can) Pours clear amber with pink hint and a huge somewhat loose white head. Lovely aroma of raspberries with a funky hint. Medium body with plentiful carbonation. Lovely taste that’s balanced and interesting. There’s raspberries and tartness, some earthy, funky notes, a hint of malt and some pepper. Very enjoyable.

Heaps of strawberry aroma. Lovely pink tinge. Easy to smash on a balcony overlooking the Brisbane river.

This is a delightful beer with loads of raspberry combining well with the earthy aromas of the saison. The tartness of the berries offsets the sweeter buttery, biscuity malt really well. Plenty of raisin as well.

On tap at House of Brews, Surfers Paradise. Pale cloudy beer with thin white head. Nose has yeast and strawberries. Laces well. Crisp, refreshing. Finish is sour with fruit. Like a breakfast yoghurt beer. Great!
