330ml bottle into tumbler. Very slight malt nose. Golden amber beer with thin but lasting white head, some lacing. Medium carbonation. Thin body. Very slight suggestion of malt in the taste, mostly mineral water. The finish is distant bitter lemons and resin, but really really faint. Not a lot going on here.

330ml bottle into schooner glass. Sharp citric nose (distant ammonia?). Golden amber beer with 1 finger white head. Medium carbonation. Medium body, bit of cardboard/malt in the taste. Finish is a bit of lemon, a hint of pine needles. Sessioner, easily forgotten.

(Bottle) Slightly hazy golden yellow with almost no head. Aroma is cereal and lemon with cardboard hints. Nice palate - light body with plentiful gentle carbonation. Taste is nothing exceptional, but a pleasant balance of light malt, light citrus notes, and a tiny hint of bitterness. Refreshing, easy drinking, but uninteresting.

From a 330ml bottle on 25/7/2015 (ABV listed as 4.5% not 4.7%). Pours a clear lightish golden with a small head. Has a very slight aroma of grass and fruit. Flavour wise, you get some sweet malt and a bit of fruity sweetness, with a modest bitterness at the back. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Not awful, but fairly bland.

Closer to an APA than an IPA in my opinion, but a nice one. There’s a nice citrus aroma of grapefruit but also stone fruit and honey. The malt structure is really nice, giving the beer a good body and nice length. There hops are also prominent on the tongue, but perhaps more bitter than floral. A very pleasant drink and probably a good way to introduce people to IPAs.
