33cl bottle at Station 1280. A clear dark reddish brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of brett, dark malt, some cherries. Taste of tart cherries, brett, dark malt, coffee.

Black and oily with no head. Aroma and flavour have lots of woody notes from the chips. Sweet and earthy notes too. Alcohol is well hidden.

33cl bottle from Prik & Tik Dranken Marlou. F: medium, white, quick gone. C: deep gold with orange touch, hazy. A: malty, mellow fruity, herbal, bit caramel, alcohol touch. T: full malty base, mellow fruity, bit vinous, a lot of herbal mix, orange touch, banana, medium carbonation, aroma is so-so but taste is bit out of balance.

Golden colour with light haze and fluffy head. Aroma has quite a lot of floral hops. Flavour has different degrees of sweetness. There is a rounded cereal malt note and also some slightly syrupy sweet candied strawberries. Finish is slightly earthy and quite bitter.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have malt sweetness and lots of herbs and spices. Nettles come through and there's a general woody earthiness too. Too sweet and and spicy for me but is definitely interesting and unique. If I had a creamy but sharp goat cheese I would try pairing it with this beer.

Bottle shared a couple of days ago. Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma and flavor are malts, alcohol, liquor, sweetness. Boozy and heavy.

Head gone in seconds; black, still beer. Bourbon, vanilla, fusels & alcohol, boozy, wood, sweet nose. Vanilla & Bourbon dominating the taste, further incense, sweet, but not cloying, and drier than the nose had me thinking. Booze seriously intensifies the sweetness. Very serious alcoholthinning and furious alcoholheat. Chewy, full bodied, and burning MF. Beyond intense, complex as few. But I still find it too sweet. Thanks to Stef!
