Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some mild bready and grainy tones. Flavour is floral, grainy, herbal and some earthy tones with mild biscuits as well.

Gyllengul och kraftigt disig vätska med vitt finbubbligt skumlock. Brödig, degig sammanhållen arom. Maltig kropp med aningen honung utan kladdtendenser. Balanseras med en neutral lite höig, lite gräsig beska. Medelfyllig och lätt eldig munfyllnad.

Bottle from the Beer Shop in Hitchin. Easy pour, no head and a very pale colour. It's got the malt and the alcohol, but its lacking the richness that I expect from a Festbier. This is more like a pils.

Bottle from a local getränkemarket. Looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Moldy aroma. Starts mild, malty-bready notes, a bit moldy. Sweetish-yeasty notes as well. Finish more balanced. Better than expected.

clear golden colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of hay, grains, some herbal and even slight vanilla notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma; quite good Marzen

Cloudy dark brown with a fluffy head, looks good. Buckwheat, corn flakes, molasses, roasted malt, even some smoke? Grainy sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry malty cereal sweet finish. Not so bad.

Tap in Recoaro. Clear pale color ok head, bubbly flavor of wet grains lemon kiwi hay and grass, taste quite sour, soda finish, strong carbonation, dry, winey. Meh.
