ABV: 2.6%. Cloudy - hazy amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, caramel, citrus, lemon, citrus lemonade. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus lemonade, light citric - tart, citrus, caramel, wheat, fanta touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20221216]

500ml can from the advent calendar. Deep amber-orange, cloudy, tall head. Nose is a bit dull. Cloves, wheat, bit of caramel, banana. Flavor is sweet and fruity, creamy, banana cream pie. Rich and tasty. Nose is weird, but flavor excellent. Best weizen this year.

Can, the Aldi/ Kalea pack. Hazy orange amber with a thick white head. Welcoming bready aroma with banana, vanilla and cloves. Briefly rich and bready with a slight tanginess that leads to a spicy and somewhat bitter finish. Very good Hefeweizen.

Day 2: Kuchlbauer Turmweisse Wheat ale 5% Orange gold with the classic rocky dense foam of a wheat beer. Big phenolic cloves and banana bread aroma. Medium bodied, really rich honeyed banana bread flavor with clove accents. I’m pretty impressed by the malt character of these beers so far.

Costco can pack pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grain plenty yeast eastern and some banana bread. Taste is as the nose nice hef.

Bei einer Brauereiführung konnte ich dieses Bier probieren. Wenn man nach dem Sport mal ein Bier will, dann bietet die Brauerei dieses Getränk an. Allerdings frage ich mich, ob ich nach viel Anstrengung wirklich dieses Zeug mag. Es ist vermutlich super-duper-gesund, aber wirklich geschmeckt hat es mir nicht. Es ist hässlich ockerbraun und verdammt wässrig. Brotige Noten gibt es, aber der Hopfen fehlt mir sehr. Vielleicht als Nährbier für Spitzensportler, aber als Genussmittel wenig empfehlenswert.
