Draft at Woodland. Cloudy copper color, persistent creamy head. Sweet aroma, caramel, ginger, vanilla. Taste is ginger ale with carrot cake notes, including the frosting. Very subtle though, with a snappy finish.

Draft at Woodland. Pours out looking like pink grapefruit juice. Spicy, sweet nose. Taste starts sweet and finishes with a bit of peppery, spiciness. Atomic fireballs come to mind, or cinnamon hearts.

The taste. like the aroma, is caramel forward with bitter herbal hops filling the back and sides. Finishes with a bit of astringency. Palate is full and smooth with light carbonation.
