On Tap at Brewforia, Meridian, ID Hazy very light yellow with a nice white soapy head. Light peppery and faint citrus aroma. Very little citrus flavors, more standard peppery Saison flavors. Light and crisp. Nice.

Nice saison from one of Boise’s newest breweries. Hazy pale golden in color with thin almost negligible white head. Light citrus aroma, citrus fades in the taste, with more of the flowery notes of a saison. This would be a very good summertime drink.

Grapefruit hops dominate, in both aroma and taste. HAzy medium golden WITH small soapy head. Smooth with just the right amount of tartness.

On Tap at the Boise tasting room. Dark brown/Black with a huge beige head. I accused them of pushing it with Nitro but they assured me it was not. Rich sweet chocolate and soft roasted aroma. Closest to a Hershey bar I have had. Granted, a milk stout but still, pretty sweet. Never guessed 8% ABV. Rico...Suave’

On Tap at the tasting room. Hazy orange with a small but persistent off-white head. Sturdy sheets of lacing. Mild light malty aroma. Some hints of English noble hops. Light fairly sweet malt flavor. Honey, a bit of cereal and barely enough bitterness to balance. A sessionable English hopped ale that still packs a decent punch at 7%. Pleasant and mild for a fairly big ABV

Best of the lot, clear amber , piney, citrus nose with abundant head. Crisp, sharp hop bitterness. Piney citrus nose, hops and malt blend nicely in overall presentation.

A little underwhelming and somewhat blander than the British varieties. Amber with thin beige head. Very faint malt aroma, even lighter taste. Some nutty, toffee flavor, buttery mouthfeel

Interesting take, with the added coffee. Most of the bitterness comes from the coffee whih dominates this beer. If you don’t like coffee, stay away.
