On Tap at the tasting room. Cloudy yellow light orange with a wispy white head quickly leaving just a thin ring around the edge. Very soft light malt aromas. Wheat and a touch of citrus zest. Some pithy bitterness in the flavors but over all quite mild. A little bit of dry spice as well.

On Tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy orange with a thick dense off-white head. Persistent heavy lacing. Classic pithy citrusy aroma, tangerine and grapefruit. Decent bitter flavors, and more sharp citrus bitterness. Not that big for a double though. At 8.5% it is nice and big but not intense. The late lingering bitter trailer is nice, and reminds you of what it was.

Nicely done rye IPA, smooth, darkish orange copper color, small head. Aroma is faint hops, taste is hops with some sweetness from the rye. Looks and feels like an IPA, but the rye adds a nice element in there.

Vanilla and molasses combine for some sweetness, not too sweet, but enough to take the bitter edge off of the porter. Pours dark brown with small foamy beige head. Light sweet nose, normal porter essence hidden by the added sweeteners. Slick, medium weight body, short finish.

Right in with my mates on this one, rosemary adds some soft, soapy character to this nice saison. Woody, floral aroma taste is floral, soap, juniper. Slick, creamy mouth feel, more juniper on the finish.
