On Tap at the taproom. Clear bright copper with a dense firm white head. Almost nitro looking. Big sharp woody hop aromas and flavors. Plenty if bitterness and nicely attenuated. Not so much of the citrusy pithy flavors. A nice dry bitter IPA.

Nice dessert beer / finisher. Smells just like the name, with some extra brown sugar / molasses. A little extra alcohol warmth present in initial aroma and also in taste. Agree that it would best be paired with a real apple tart....

Nice on all levels. Some dark roast bitterness accented by some kickass hoppiness. Black and rich, dark chocolate elements in aroma and taste. Hops add a sharp abrupt finish. Nice complex black beer.

Maple sugar sweetness is the order of the day, velvety smooth copper body with small, tight off white head. A little bit of dry bitterness on the finish.

On Tap at the Boise taproom. Kind of a murky redish brown. Lots of apple aroma, cidery maybe, but more of the apple-butter my grandma used to make. Flavors of carmeled Granny Smith apples and a little spice and a hop IBU bite at the end. Definitely a sipping dessert beer, but the flavors blend well I think.

On Tap at the Boise Tap Room, Slightly hazy redish light amber. Swet soft amber maltiness everywhere. Somewhat fruity but lovely notes of honey wheat toast. Very tasty.

On Tap at the Boise tap room. Black with a nice full and lasting tan head. Lots of roasted aromas with a little coffee and cold campfire. Flavors are big bitter and juicy IBUs. Lots of bite and very bod. Still, lots of rich smoothness and body. I think the significant residuals make this a big smooth roasty hoppy BIPA. And just noticed nearly 7% Even Better

Growler pours out a cloudy golden topped with a small head. Nose is tons of brine salty and some coriander. Taste is holy Pacific ocean salty some oysters would be very nice with this. To much salt for me.

Very smooth. Smoky character is very subdued but influences taste and finish. Dry, lingering palate.
