On tap at the Boise tasting room. Hazy light orange with a wispy creamy off-white head. Heavy stick lasting lacing. Fresh woody pine aroma, Plenty of bitterness, a little more sharp and biting than the original. Fairly light bodied for the moderate 6.2% Lingering soapy bitter trailer.

Bottle from the brewery, poured into one of my Berliner Weisse bowls. Lots of activity at opening, super carbonated, bits of sediment seen in the foam. Very high, airy head dissipates quickly, cloudy, muddy golden body, still fizzy. Green apples, tart cider, wine like notes, sour grapes all in the aroma. Tart, sour tree fruit tastes, some wit bier what notes. Very close to the original.

Nice cross over, a little bit pale and a little bit pils. Crisp and clean, sharp, dry hoppy taste and finish. Grainy, citrusy aroma. Nice.

Wit is not my favorite style, but this one is stellar. Light accents from the lavender, more from the lemon, but the wheat still shines through. Nice soft aroma and taste, velvety mouth feel. Awesome!

Pours out with nice fluffy beige head, hazy dark amber body. Aroma is dried fruit, yeast with a hint of sourness. More malt comes in with the flavor, fairly dry, not as robust as the Belgian varieties, but a good start.

On Tap at the Boise tasting room Hazy soft golden, with a blocky white head. Lots of clean light malt aromas. Lemon is prevalent, the lavender is barely there...witch is good. I’ve had too many flowery beers. Lots of wheat flavor and feel on the palette. Slightly tart lemony finish. I liked this one

Clear deep redish amber Full dense creamy off-white head. Malty somewhat cidery aroma, A little boozey and well attenuated. Woody and dark fruit flavors. Clean and quite dry for the highish ABV. Dark cherries and wine barrels. A bit astringent at the end.
