WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of dank hops, some light woodiness, some oiliness, and biscuity malt. Flavour has an assertive hop expression, with plenty of pine, a touch of resinous oils, wood, light dankness, and a thin biscuity malt base. Super clear and vibrant. Wonderful hop expression.

Pale colour, the aroma does have that sulphury citra thing going on. On the palate, it's relatively low bitterness, and then some piney hop and a bit more citra character. Definitely could do without the onion thing, but it's overall not bad.

473mL can. Pours clear light gold with a white head. Bright nose, lots of fresh grass and dusty pine and sweet caramel malts on the nose. Flavour has dusty, woody pine, fresh grass, some dank oils; dry and bitter finish. Very nice, love the hop expression.

16 oz. can, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose has bright piney hops, melon, soft floral notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, with a unique mix of floral, candied melon, pine, and dankness in hop expression; thin malt base that gives way to the hops. Excellent.

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of woody piney hops, some tropical melon, and biscuity malt. Flavour has lots of woody piney hops, some tropical notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Lots of woody pine, but the palate is a bit too seltzery. Still, very good.

On tap at Ridgewood. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright, woody pine on the nose. Flavour has dry, bitter pine, a bit soapy; body feels a bit empty. It's good, but a bit lacking.

Absolutely fantastic kellerpils, thick bready flavor with a crisp clean finish. Gorgeous color too.
