Description
Living Häus Beer Co is a lager-forward brewery located in the Pacific Northwest city of Portland, OR and is co-owned by Conrad Andrus and Mat Sandoval. With a combined 20 years of professional brewing experience, we have become creators, engineers, scientists, artists, and critical thinkers while on our path to brew the best beers we can. We are proud to showcase our ability in our craft with the self awareness to know that we are always learning and growing.

WHAT DO WE MAKE?
We aim to make clean, intentional, and curious beers in our brewery. Explorative, yet refined versions of classic and upcoming styles such as Lager beer, IPA, Stouts, sessionable, restrained fruited beers, and everything in between will have a home on our menu. We strive to use unique and expressive hand selected malts and hops from the best growing regions in the world.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
We are different because our collective and unique experiences have driven us to the cutting edge of the beer industry. Through our exploration of styles and ingredients, we have developed our ability to make beers that are extreme but have more so learned to make beers that are balanced, nuanced, and delicious.

Pale blonde, slight haze. The aroma has a lot of pear, bitter citrus, some stone fruit. On the palate, it's got a clean pale malt character, lots of hop. Well-balanced.

16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma bursts with tropical fruits, piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, with plenty of citrusy hops, some bitter pine, gentle melon, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, punchy and well-hopped, but doesn’t have the most distinctive hop profile.

473mL can. Pours pale gold with a slight haze and a white head. Mango, oranges, and sweet malts on the nose. Flavour has juicy oranges, mango, and maybe some other tropical fruit, biscuit malts, some fresh grass. I like the nose more than the flavour, but still pretty good.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma of green melon, mango and dankish herbaceousness. Malt is detectable, but it's well toward dry. Definitely bitter. Dank herbaceousness leads, with some green melon and mango. Might be a pine note or resin. Very good flavor.

On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has doughy malt, with piney hops, bready notes, and a touch of hop tang. Flavour has a nice mix of woody piney hops, some white wine hop tang, and a crisp biscuity malt. Bright, tangy, and woody. Excellent.
