Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast and sweetish, malty and fruity touches. Rough, estery afteraste with bitterish notes. Decent.

Thanks Nebojša! 0.33l bottle like the others. Pitch black body, small, somewhat lasting tan, brownish head. Pungent aroma, dark malts, propolis and chocolate over some caramel. Quality dark ale really, starts of a bit inconspicuously, a touch of dark malts, vague, light yeasty touch, vague, very vague tart touch (not infection of any sotrts), before dissolving into an absolutely fantastic finish blending heavy roast and dark chocolate that envelops everything and coats the tongue staying there forever. Very, very good porter.

Thanks Nebojša! Misty yellow body, lightly fizzy, medium white head, medium to low retention. Lovely, complex aroma, typical saison funkiness blending excellently with fruity aromas coming from the hops, sweetish, tropical, apple rind, a touch of grapefruit sligthly dusty, fresh, a light phenolic touch though. Taste... wow, again the light grapefruit notes, herbal, banana, light funk, ?quince?, well integrated herbal bitterness, a mild phenolic touch again, light funk, bitter aftertaste. The hop profile is extremely well integrated with the classic saison notes here. Above average bitterness for the style, especially in the aftertaste, but well done. Light, refreshing, fruity, tasty, complex, everything a Saison should be! 3.85 really. Might decide to flip it to 3.9.

Thanks Nebojša! I’ve been following the development of this brewery ever since it was an idea in the owner’s heads and I’ve finally had the chance to try the beer, for now brewed in Norway. Darker golden/amber body, slight haze perhaps, big white head, medium retention. Fine aromas mixing jaffa cake-like orange notes, light herbal, biscuity and vaguely yeasty notes (for a second). taste... more of the same lovely orange notes, bready, earthy bitterness moving into a long, complex bitter aftertaste. Very well executed beer,.
