Can split at Happy New Years L42 Shim Sham, thanks to Fergoose, 12/01/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is caramel malt, orange peel, grains, bread dough, melon. Taste comprises caramel malt, bitter orange, melon, lemon rind, straw, biscuit, soft bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest hop dusting. Adequate but lower end of the style in this day and age, old skool vibes, but Ok.

Can shared in London - thanks to Fergus. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. Crackery pale malts in the nose, some hay, citrus peel, a little caramel. Medium sweet flavour with more crackers, biscuits, light jammy citrus, melon, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more crispy pale maps, ripening citrus, rindy orange. So so.
