Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom Ls place. Thanks Tom L. Muddy grey-ish yellow with yeast chunks. Aroma of fruity hops, tropical, strawberry and vanilla. Flavor starts a bit sweetish, slightly tart, with strawberry, lactose, vanilla, fruity hops, and a bitter finish.

Draught @ Norwich Tap House, 8 Redwell St, Norwich, Norfolk, England NR2 4SN. [ As Rascals Ginger Porter ].Clear dark brown colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, ginger. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, spicy, chocolate, ginger. Can. Trouble, léger ambré, col blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez finement houblonné restant assez relevé. Pointe de malt caramel ambre en rétro avec un effet thé vert et herbacé presque botanique. Palais est légèrement houblonné, sec avec léger résidu poussiéreux de pin. Malt orienté, grillé, pâle avec encore une petite touche d’amertume sur la fin, agrumes légères - pamplemousse. Cannette passée, le tout reste encore correct.
