Red brown with a large pink white head. Very tart, dry and lactic with wood, vinegar and light raspberry. Very long finish. Medium body.

750ml murky burnt orange with a ring of white head. Nose has tomato and persimmon and yeast and malt. Soggy cracker. Flavor has ice wine and persimmon and soggy malt. Full bodied and boozy. Mild acid. 6 4 6 4 12

Bottle shared at the DCBeer February share. Poured a clear orange color with a small white head. Aroma was vinous, white wine. Light barrel, grape, with some white wine. Light tartness. Pleasant.

On tap at Craft & Carry UWS, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite fruity, with melon, stone fruit, and gentle grassy hops. Flavour is much the same, with vibrant melon, citrusy hops, stone fruits, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Very fruity, well-hopped, and very clean. Good stuff.

Draught @ Blind Tiger, Manhattan (Sept 2024). Cloudy dark yellow-orange with a large foamy off-white head, faintly acidic aroma, high carbonation, medium tart taste with basement flavors, turning bitter towards the end, thin body, long bitter finish. Interesting brew.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan. Pours cloudy lemon yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-unripe mango taste, thin body, long finish. Nice NEIPA.

Can, from The Hoptimist, Manhattan. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a large foamy off-white head, citrus peel-pineapple aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel-light pineapple taste, a bit of hay flavor, thin body, long finish. Solid DIPA.
