750 ml bottle. Pale orange with lace. Herbal nose, slight citrus, bretty funk. Interesting fruity grapelike sweetness, then very dry and funky. Body is oily and slick. Interesting stuff happening here, though a bit dirty in the fermentation I felt.

Keg at Pizzeria Paradiso, Dupont Circle DC, 13/04/23. Clear golden blonde with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, grains, herbs, light floral nip, lemon rind. Taste comprises pale and bready malts, grass, grains, hedgerow, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Okay lager.

Tørst draught, 4/28/23. Clear maroon-mahogany. Dark beige head to ring. Some alcohol (not sharp) mixing with huge raisin-vanilla. Caramel and prune on the end with tons of spicy, lightly salty whiskey. Big ol raisin-caramel. Very plummy. Round, sweet, but with strong bread and acidity in the finish. Maybe a touch lighter bodied and breadier than I'd prefer, with some alcohol throughout, but I can respect the craft here and I'm floored that this is all their own grown grain.

16oz can pours a murky amber with some white head that faded fast. Nose has malt and dried leaves, dark dough, yeast, black tea. Flavor is malt and caramel and first running tea, some carob. Big tannins on the finish, a little sweetness but otherwise fairly dry. Medium bodied. Good complexity for the product.

16oz can pours a murky brown, beige head. A 5.9% robust porter? I guess. But it's good. Damn good. Malt, caramel and rootbeer on the nose, lightly earthy. Flavor is better, malty, sweet, meaty, caramel, burnt root vegetable. Fairly full bodied, or should I say robust? Off dry.
