Worcester draught, 4/20/24. Clear blonde-golden. Small, white head. Nose is authentic kolsch yeast. Appley and papery. Light pepper and cracker malts. Clean. Snappy, papery, biscuity. Some mineral and light herbal hops. Drinkable, malty, dry and clean.

Can: Poured a hazy orange color ale with a small foamy head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of guava and papaya notes are dominant with light candy notes also perceptible. Taste is dominated by guava and papaya puree notes with some mild residual sugar notes, faint vanilla and a semi tart finish. Body is full with limited filtration and medium carbonation. Enjoyable smoothie type beer with a great refreshing factor.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color Kolsch with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some light residual sugar notes and dry herbal hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some sweet notes and dry herbal hops notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good Kolsch with a clean malt bill and nice level of drinkability but missing that typical buttery finish. Different hops strain is interesting and brings a dryer finish.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of cocoa/chocolate notes with some vanilla notes and light mint. Taste is also a mix of cocoa/chocolate notes with some vanilla notes and light mint notes. Body is too thin for style and has good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Interesting pastry stout but lacks a full body.
