16 oz can from AE, 8/18/23. Canned 8/15/23. Pours a nice, fully hazed yellowish-orange color with a frothy / foamy white head that leaves some streaky lace on the glass. Melon, grapefruit, orange, and pine. Quite tasty.

On tap at Fraunces Tavern. Pours rubescent copper. Biscuit, berry, cherry, hedgerow, little earthy. Medium body. Fine.

16 ounce can. Deep amber gold color. Frothy beige head. Spotty lacing. Citrus aroma has a touch of pine . Flavor is more of the same. Sweet, sharp citrus. Notes of grapefruit, orange and lime. Piney notes on the backend. Spicy, bitter notes throughout. Decent.

Bottle from AE, 7/9/23. Bottled 10/14/22. Pours purple, with a larger pink head. Yeast and blueberry. Lots of other stuff as well, grains, light spice, grass. Tasty and flavorful.

750 ml bottle from AE, 7/9/23. Bottled 6/12/23. I was pretty interested to try this, since that yeast makes a damn good pizza crust, plus I'm always pro-Saison. As for the beer... It pours murky dark yellowish-orange color, with a thick, frothy white head. Aroma is really interesting here, very yeast forward with hay, grass, earth, lemon, and of course bread. Leans funky, with an almost brett-like flavor profile to it. Tons of spice and herbal flavors. Lots going on here, and it works well. Tough one to score for me, but I settled here.

Bottle from AE, 7/6/23. Dark brown, creamy beige-light brown head. Drippy / streaky lacework. Coffee, dark fruit, vanilla, and bourbon. Drinks on the sweeter side, with a cherry-wood thing to the finish. The more I drink of it the more that cherry flavor comes out. It does dry out a bit towards the finish, and doesn't end up all that sweet. The ABV is fairly hidden. This is a fun one, that pops with a bunch of cherry and coffee flavors.

16 oz can from AE, 7/4/23. Canned 6/20/23. Fully hazed yellowish-orange, white head. Strong head. Juicy, peach, orange, cantaloupe, and tangerine. Resiny, almost peppery later on. Definitely a strong one. Plenty of flavor here, finish is a little odd, but that's fine. Otherwise it's pretty tasty, but at this ABV (and feeling all of it) I would have been fine with a smaller pour.

16 oz can from AE, 6/26/23. Hazed yellowish-orange, white head, strong lacework. Grapefruit and herbal hop aroma and flavors. Orange and melon as well. Drinks on the dry side. There's a mild astringency to it as well, reminiscent of lemon pledge. Touch of a hop burn or booze thing on the close that feels mildly unpleasant. Beyond that though, overall, it's a pretty good beer.

500 ml bottle from AE, 6/22/23. Bottled 11/3/21. Bottle # 67. Pours a mostly clear, golden color with a thin, fizzy head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Tart and lightly fruity. Quite vinous flavor-wise. Tasty beverage.
