16 oz can from AE, thanks Brendan! Consumed 12/3/25. Pours a fully hazy yellowish color with a white head and moderate lacework. Peach, apricot, and pineapple. Quite juicy and hop forward. A little sweet, but not overly so, with a some hop bitterness to the finish. Very smooth and highly drinkable. Hides the ABV successfully for a beer clocking in at 10%. Really good stuff.

16 oz can from AE, thanks Brendan! Consumed 12/2/25. Fully hazy yellowish with a foamy white head. Juicy stuff. Lots of orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, papaya, and guava coming through over some bready malts. On the sweet side, but with enough bitterness toward the finish to keep it from getting too sweet. ABV is completely hidden. Drinks smooth and juicy. Soft carbonation. Rather tasty haze juice here.

Taster at the 5th Anniversary party, 10/28/25. Dark brown, thin head. Rye, spice, roast, bourbon, molasses, wood, coconut, coffee, and vanilla. Tons of flavor. Excellent.

Lemon balm, some grapefruit peel. Pours murky yellow with good head and lacing. Light tart finish. Decent balance. Snally.
Not my bag when in comes to saison. A little too much brettanomyces and pepper.

Lukr at AE, 10/19/25. Gin/liquor over grains, wheat, grass. Some botanicals, floral notes, light spice, light citrus. Drinks similar to the aroma, but more balanced toward the underlying beer. Pretty good overall, but I prefer the original.

16 oz can from AE, 10/17/25. Fully unclear yellowish color with a large, foamy white head. Bright, lemon, funk, and grass. Bretty horse blanket face slaps. Pepper and earth come through as well. Dry, funky. Tons of flavor. Classic brett saison stuff right here, and damn enjoyable.

16 oz can from the brewery, 10/16/25. It pours a burnt orange-darker reddish color, with a beige head and heavy lace. Rich caramel and grainy malts. Sweat, toffee notes. Touch of bready / roasty dryness. Bitter earthy notes for balance. Very smooth and balanced mouthfeel. Sweet upfront, a little drier toward the close. Quite nice overall. Fun beer.
