Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear caramel-maroon with a small, dark beige head.
Fruity nose shows both yeast and rich malts, as well as the light blackberry brandy. No heat or sharp alcohol. Quite well-rounded, with the barrel-aging being evident.
Soft maltiness, nice and deep with vanilla, jammy fruits and soft, earth-tinged caramel. Blackberry brandy notes in the background with no booze or aggressive characteristics. Nicely-aged and well-balanced.

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Deep golden with light amber. Clear, with a small, off-white head.
A bit of earth and sweetness in the nose but not really much in the way of Belgian qualities, at all. Maybe a touch vegetal and a hint of clove at points?
Same in the flavor. Really not much other than vague maltiness adding white bread and light caramel. Vegetal, a hint of spice and more sweetness that is probably the maple, on the finish.

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear, paler golden with a small, white head.
Spring water, seltzer, faint grains and very minimal hops in the nose don't give too much of a pilsner vibe. But it's clean.
Light bodied, quite a bit so, with not a ton of flavor. Very spring water-like with watery grains and dusty, lightly peppery hops. But no flaws.

Can pour at the brewery, 7/19/25.
Clear, bright copper-golden with a small, white head.
Earthy, with bright stone fruit and strong citrus. Estery yeast with caramel, light toast, light biscuit and lots of white bread. Not boozey, but still has a big strength to it via the warming esters.
Soft, but with some crusty, crackery, lightly toasty textures and lots of sweet white bread. Not too sweet, but there's a lot of earth and warming fruitiness. Woody, citrusy, moderately piney hops but not hugely resinous or anything. Seems like they've refined this a bit since Johnnniee's experience.

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear, bright brass with some coppery bronze hues. Small, off-white head.
Moderate lactic acidity with authentic fruit and not too much lactose. I assume this has vanilla in it, as well. A bit of powdered sugar character, but mostly it's pretty round and clean.
Soft and lightly sweet with soft orange-vanilla character and light juice and more lactic acid on the finish. Gets just a touch punchy/overly lactic at points with the orange acidity somewhat exacerbating this, but overall a reasonably well-done kettle sour.

Brewery draught, 7/19/25.
Clear, bright bronze-brass. Small, fairly thick, off-white head.
Smokey nose. Not sure if this should be classified as an IPA or a Smoked. Fruity and malty, clean, with assertive acidity from woody hop.
Malty and smokey with a great texture and comforting softness. Moderately sweet, but well-attenuated, balancing the hoppiness and smokiness. Not insanely smokey, not salty or bacony. Heavy woody hop and good bitterness leaving a balanced finish.

Tap taster at Keep NH Brewing. Hazy honey brown with thin head, excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is grainy caramel & mild brandy. Taste is somewhat harsh alcohol, dark fruit, fermented grain. Smooth, frothy, medium body finish as taste.

Just quick pop in to this oddball place. Low abv since driving. Brown pour and foamy beige head. Nose and tastes of lots of vanillla, some chocolate, rootbeer and oats. Some creamy texture. Pleasant.
