Keg at the bar. Clear light gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity with a grainy malty edge. Sour. Citrusy. Slightly metallic. Chewy bready malts. Herbal hints. Onions. Light. Thin if slick. Flat-soft carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. A somewhat hoppy Helles.

Can ordered from the brewery. An opaque pale gold. Frothy white head disappeared almost instantly. Aroma is enticing. Sweet fruit and vanilla. A sour edge and herbal hints. Initial sour tart hit. Dry cider-esque. Followed up by the smoothing effect of sweet vanilla. Vinous edge with herbs/spice. Light. Thin but slick. Average carbonation attempts a limping fizz. Long dry astringent finish. For some reason this was sat in the understairs cupboard - can too high to fit upright in the fridge - and it just hadn't appealed to me. However it turned out to be enjoyable and refreshing.

Can ordered from the brewery. Opaque-hazy bright orange. Sans head. Aroma is apricot led, with pineapple, a light vinousness and latterly a marshmallow hit of sweetness. Medium sour. The sourness is somehow short-lived. Apricot exceeds pineapple. Vinous. Peripheral sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. A tad fizzy. Long dry finish. An overly polite Sour.

Can ordered from the brewery. Aroma is full-on cold brew coffee. Latent sweetness... potentially strawberry notes but that could by my imagination. A murky muddy pong brown. The head disappeared almost instantly and virtually entirely. The strawberry comes through into the flavour in a big way. Big and sour strawberry. Alongside that cold brew coffee. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Big abrasive ugly porter.

Cab ordered from the brewery. A gazy dark orange. Fluffy frothy foamy white head. Aroma is led by spice and backed up by sour fruit. Sour but fruity with it. Develops a rather spicy streak. Chock full of extras. Medium bodied. Oily. Chewy. Average carbonation. Long astringent finish. Enjoyable although not really getting any hoppiness.

Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Lovely DOPA.
