(Draught at Pikkulintu on 2008-10-11 and on 2008-10-15) Pale golde. Little bit hazy. Small white head. Grapefruit and little bit of pine in nose. Medium bodied palate with medium carbonation. Lot of grapefruit, little bit of pine, bitterness and fruitiness in taste. Bitter and fruity aftertase. Awesome beer.

(Bottle, 2007 vintage, at Pikkulintu on 2008-11-07) Black. Small tan coloured head. Vanilla, roasted malts and hint of coffee in nose. Full bodied and dry palate with little carbonation. Vanilla, coffee, roastedness, bitterness and liquorice in taste. Long lasting bitter and roasty aftertaste.

Draught (Svenska Dagar 2008 @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki) - Copper brown in colour. Fruity and hoppy aroma with some grain. A well balanced hoppy and malty taste. Pretty unremarkable but enjoyable enough. 500ml Bottle - 2017. 3.6 Enjoyed it much more. Noticeably hoppy yet nicely balanced.

250ml Bottle (Svenska Dagar 2008 @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki) - Black in colour with a tan head. Chocolatey aroma with liquorice also featuring. Rich tasting with coffee, plain chocolate and roasted malt. One to sip and savour.

(Draught at Pikkulintu on 2008-10-30) Hazy. Quite deep amber. Medium sized white quite quickly disappearing head. Hops, sweetness and malts in nosw. Quite full bodied palate, dryish, and lot of carbonation. Grass, bitterness, sweetness and tiny hint of metallic flavours in taste. Bitter aftertaste.

Deep amber with a lasting off-white head leaving some lace. Malt aroma with peat and iodine notes. Sweet peaty malt flavour with some bitterness.

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Black. Chocolatey nose with some light citrus behind. Dry with soft, rounded mouthfeel. Slim and appetizing, yet firm and shapely. Flavour of cocoa and grapefruit. Finishes with above medium bitterness. Very quaffable and perfectly balanced. Another superb beer from Närke!
