Can thanks to a trade! Pours a clear amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass and grain with just a bit of resin underlying. Flavor starts has grass and grain with a backbone of bread.

12 oz. bottle, pours a clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out some honey sweetness and light caramel. Flavour brings out some nice DMS, tomato soup, vegetal notes, and light honey sweetness. Finish leaves almost nothing but carbonated water. Really weak and boring - not a disaster, but what's the point of this. Not good.

Hazy orange appearance with a tan head. Bready, dull herbal malty, grassy hoppy aroma. Quite sweet flavor. Some caramel, pine, and resin. Candy / grapefruit flavors. Pass.

Tap @ WBC: Dark brown in color, light mahogany, topped with a finger of creamy tan head. Nose is sweet and smokey… something I can’t quite figure out. Nice roast, light smoke, and this sweet vanilla/toffee sweetness that really ties it together. Sniffing becomes oddly addictive. More smoke comes through in the flavor, even a little peat. Good roast element and light espresso. Missing the sweetness of the nose, but satisfying. Easily the best of the FBC brews I’ve had to date.

Bottle sent from Jake65 Slightly hazy deep chestnut brown with a dense very sturdy sandy colored head. Mild woody malt aroma. Sweet malty flavors of wheat toast with butter and honey. Some slight rusty nail notes, and a touch bitter at the end. Very soft carbonation and a full and smooth feel. Not bad,

12oz bottle thanks to Jake65. Pours a translucent nut brown with some thin, lacing, slightly off white head. Nose is interesting, some apple, some cider, a little chocolate, some bread, earthy, a little soil, some stone fruit, a little dusty. Flavor is nice, malty, brown sugar, a little light caramel, some apple, some plum, a little bread crust, some orange. Relatively clean finish.

Bottle thanks to jake65: Poured a light brown with orange/red edges. The head was off white to beige, but dissipated fast. Aroma is sweet malt and toffee. Taste is strong grain, burnt malt, and light toffee.
