F: medium, white, quick gone. C: bright yellow blonde, hazy. A: mango, some sour fruitiness, pineapple. T: sour fruitiness, mango, mineral, slick mouthfeel, bit fizzy, refreshing light body, medium to high carbonation, not bad at all, sample @ Brassigaume Festival 2017 in Marbehan (BE).

Sampled @ Brassigaume 2017. A hazy bright pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of Lime, mango, salt and apples. Taste of salty lime, mango, wheat, nice.

Sampled @ Brassigaume 2017. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy bitter hops, pine, grapefruit. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, coconut, grapefruit, long bitter finish, nice. Earlier Rating: 10/18/2015 Total Score: 3.7Leicht trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen Schaumkrone. Sampled @ Brassigaume 2017. A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, some apples, sweet breadish malt. Taste of sweet breadish malt, belgian yeast, ripe apples.

Bottle @ Camping Belle Italia, Largo de Garda. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light spice, herbs, light citrus, grapefruitpeel. Flavor is light bitter, malt, yeast, grass, herbs, citrus, grape- and lemonpeel. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, dry and light bitter finish. 270717

Dec. ’16. On tap at 4:20, with Roman ratebeer crew. It poured a hazy golden body with a big head. Weaker aroma of ripe apricot and banana, sugar, sweet and simple. Flavor was sweet as well, lightly estery, sugary and very lightly herbal bitter. Simple as well. Medium bodied with long finish, which followed the flavor, adding more to the bitterness maybe. Alcohol was here, but not too much felt. Not that bad as it might sound from the notes, simple but pleasant, although too sweet for a tripel.
